You didn't mention your other big selling point Matthew which is that your
office is not a million miles away from the University so Zoe would know where
to come if it didn't work !!!
I am involved in a hosting co-operative which uses your services and would
certainly recommend that she checks out your offering on ADSL.
We do ADSL ourselves but we provide value added packages to business rather than
basic service for residential customers so wouldn't be cost effective for
someone like Zoe.
