[YLUG] NTP losing sync

I've had problems for a few weeks now with my server's clock losing time
at a rate of about 10 minutes per 24 hours. I have also had NTP
installed and running fine for months previously.

If I hard-restart ntpd, it picks up an initial time OK then gradually
starts drifting again. The last 4 lines of daemon.log (from when I last
restarted ntpd look interesting but I'm not sure what they mean.)
