[YLUG] New website

Hi,
  The new website is up and running, with a slight redirect hack to go
from the old main page to the new one.  Probably not the best solution,
so any offers of improvement gratefully received.  

New site is at http://www.york.lug.org.uk/

If all my settings have worked out OK, then anyone with an account can
add a new user.  Check the list of users to find out who to badger:

Old site is at http://www.york.lug.org.uk/oldsite.shtml, mainly the
reviews, talks, installday archives all need migrating to the new
site.  If other people get to it before I do, so much the better :)

Once we've got all the content we want on the new site, I'll whip
round and do a tidy up.  Meanwhile, we need to look into a backup
routine for the site content.

Also: tux will get a nice little Viking helmet again in the next couple
of weeks, when I've got time to sit down and make it all work.

Many thanks to Tobias for doing all the main installations and the
templating.
