[YLUG] postgres again

This might be stupidity again, but now I can't install postgresql- 
server-dev-81 as it can't find the right dependencies. Can someone  
else running ubuntu try this for me and if it works, tell me what  
repos you've got enabled?

So far, I think the moral of this story is never try and test your  
software on other platforms :(
