[YLUG] Unable to boot following upgrade from Ubuntu edgy eft to feisty fawn

Hi Alastair, I would try going back to your previous kernel and seeing
if it will still boot that, as that seems to be what has gone wrong.
Usually the old distro's kernel is available from the grub menu (press a
key when the little 2-second countdown comes up to see it) - select it
and you may find feisty comes up fine.

If it is a new kernel / hardware support issue then you'll probably have
to chase that on the Ubuntu forums but picking an old kernel might get
you moving.
