Indeed. Welcome to the modern world. ;) (Reminds me a bit of when ISPs
first went 24/7 unmetered on dialup - and squealed like pigs when
they realised what that meant in terms of p2p users ;))

I'm quite happy as a BT customer; although I don't do P2P (much) I
watch a lot of streaming audio and video (12 hours of Sebring last
weekend, and the network didn't let me down!) and I've only had a couple
of hours' downtime in the 5 years + that I've been with them. (Mind you
I'm about 30m from the exchange!)
