I have a server running apache2 with a couple of vhosts. Its been
running fine with the same configuration for months. It was running
really slow this morning, but restarting a few processes seemed to sort
that out.
While looking around after restarting apache, I noticed these
connections in netstat. I was the only user logged in and wasn't running
anything more than bash at the time:

any ideas?
