Switch from something implemented in OpenVZ to something using Xen?  I
see they offer both, and you can use swap under the latter
virtualization technology - looks like they're even priced the same.
Or just get a better VPS :)

I think in hosting, for the most part and up to a certain point, it
does equate to money. Pay little, get nothing, spend a little bit more
and get plenty of features.
