There's a few, but (as always with open source stuff) they're pretty
much out of date as soon as they're published. The stuff on
www.gimpgnu.org though, seems to stay fairly up to date. It's not
exactly a book though - it depends on who you want it for. I guess the
more technically literate will be happy with using online resources
and manual pages, but a beginner probably needs a shiny paperback and
handholding.
