[YLUG] How to move the menu items on 'buntu 1o.o4 Studio distribution?

I went back and searched to find this out - Ubuntu 10.04 Studio.

I was hoping it would have the same System menu setup as other GNOME-based
Ubuntus, but it looks different in the screenshots on the Ubuntu Studio
site.  Can you find a preferences menu entry or panel somewhere?
