You could try it under Wine, first; Virtual dj is in the list at
http://www.winehq.org/
It's trickier (I suspect) if you need fancy I/O devices that are only
supported by Windows.
If not, it might be worth a try, and easier than trying to get everything
installed again.

I don't know whether you could also try running Windows in a virtual box of
some sort under linux.
