Actually, no. It turns out that due to security issues, they shut down
hosting for all *.lug.org.uk group sub-domains, and they're only being
re-enabled if they have static content and you ask for it, which
obviously we haven't...

Apparently the mailing lists were down for a while as well, but we
didn't notice! :)

I'll still go ahead with the wiki plan (barring objections), but it
may well be on one of my boxes as opposed to the lug.org.uk provided
hosting.
