Theres a kernel headers rpm,
(http://www.mirror.ac.uk/sites/sunsite.uio.no/pub/unix/Linux/Mandrake/Mandrake/current/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/kernel-headers-2.4.18-41mdk.i586.rpm)
which is different from the kernel source.

IIRC you only need the kernel source if you want to actually build a new
kernel.

Of course, to be on the safe side you could always install both ;-)
