oh i forgot the real underlying problem is there is now concept of
programming in a skill level, although i dont disagree with the idea that
people teach themsevles (i do this frequently) there is no standard for
security. That is the main reason why 80% of all hacks will be buffer
overflows: cause people dont know how to programm secruly and properly.
