[Gllug] Hardware recommendation, esp. SANs and shared storage

On Thu 08 Aug, Matthew Kirkwood made the following spurious claims:

I've only dealt with Dell support at the consumer level but they
sucked.  The key question would be: do they have a dedicated "big
iron" support division?
