Personally, I'd go for telewest, but then I do work for them, so I'm
probably biased. Depends what you want. For example, if you want a
static IP, you can't do that with a telewest residential account. If you
want a fast connection, telewest offer a 10Mbit service, which you can't
get on ADSL.
