Hi,
 awhile ago we ordered (against the teams wishes) 400 Dell machines , 41 did 
not work out of the box, they tried sending an engineer and he was sent 
packing for replacements  7 of those were DOA, did the company learn NAh. The 
IT team took the walk, the top 4 in one day and the next 2  a week later, 
since then ithas been chaos on wheels according to the end users.
