Dell have done this for a long time - it's always surprised me that they 
don't get taken to trading standards over it because it's simple fake 
pricing.  Given their volume, they can't be paying more than £15 for 
overnight delivery of a PC, so the reality is that they're knocking £50 
off the headline price of each PC and sneaking it onto the delivery 
charge instead.

If you order 2 PCs you have to pay 2 lots of delivery too, despite it 
being only one consignment.

If you must buy a Dell, look for the special offers in the papers with 
free delivery.  They waggle up and down in price from day to day, but 
can reach some very attractive levels.  Alternatively, don't buy Dell; 
their after-sales support is shit.
