My brother had very recent expereinces with Plusnet and reckons they are awful..

Seems that individual experiences with ISPs vary tremendously

I will agree that Entanet 'late hours' telephone support can be slow.

I must confess I will be pleased when OFTEL or whoever finally get 0870 numbers
forced down to a sensible price per minute. The current nearly-10p rate is an
absolute disgrace if you then end up listening to 10 mins or more of music on
hold. I can buy a complete CD for less than that per minute !!!
