Tis only 5 mins away for me too ;-)

I have another possible venue - Lugwardine chapel. My in-laws run it and 
there is a room with power sockets and tea / coffee making facilities - 
I can get an OHP as well if req'd.

Anyway - let's check out Point 4 (very nice place) and see what happens.
