Its a bit of a baseless case.

Many people believe that it is just last ditch by SCO to stay alive by 
suing rather than having good product.

Certainly a year ago, the SCO (or maybe Caldera) representive who came 
to see me was very much `we are a unix company who sell linux as well` 
with all sorts of fancy diagrams about how their unix and linux systems 
would be compatible with each other.
