[Hudlug] upgrading from dapppa to edgy

If there is a LUG meeting at Vox Bar tomorrow I might try and attempt to 
upgrad from Dappa to /Edgy over the internet from inside Dappa rather 
than trying to do it from CDROM.
I have seen something I could try on the Ubuntu site only I don't know 
if the command needs the quotes around some of it
Apart from maybe needing to know if the update manager is asking me to 
confirm an upgrade, it maybe easier to use than doing the apt-get 
command.
