[Hudlug] improving linux

I am hoping to enrole on a course to learn Spanish today.
I would like to think that with the time on my hands I could find a 
naeche as regards improving Linux even if it isn't the ideal world of me 
sitting down at my PC, being able to download an application, find it 
isn't accessable with speech and come up with the necessary Orca script 
for it to both use myself and to pass onto the community for others to use.
