[Hudlug] latest ubuntu on my desktop

I have downloaded a copy of the latest Ubuntu which I think is called 
something like Ubuntu 6.10 Beta or something like that.
I will try and see if I can run it live with Orca on my desktop.
The earlier CD downloads for Edgy seemed to have some problem with the 
splash startup screen or something which prevented them from booting 
into Live.
