[Hudlug] changing to fedora

I am thinking of switching to Fedora so I can have both Orca for the
graphical environment and Speakup for the text environment until I can
get a graphical web browser working.
Apparently Speakup is being dropped from the next version of Ubuntu
which could pose a problem if access to graphical web browsing isn't
much improved.
One of the chaps who maintains the Speakup modified Fedora suggested I
get version 7 of Fedora which apparently is being released some time
this week.
