We will have to wait on success of grant now before we go far into the 
technical detail. But I agree with your points.

I have now changed the server password and created 2 extra guest 
accounts.

The 3 desktops have been set up to look the same but still need 
modifying to minimise access to config files etc.

Will report back on how they get used.
