I'll start the ball rolling, I'd add the meeting minutes so that people know that we're active,
also if you added a few of us as authors we could have some real community spirit on there.

We always seemed to manage before but I'm hoping that we have too many
people to do that now. Nothing stopping us trying though.

I agree with Andy on this, and on reflection also don't think we ought to 
scale Beginner --> Advanced throughout the year as everyone can get info from
as well as put ideas into any session. Doing that seems too rigid to me.
