A couple of years ago I was on BBC Radio Lincs (for Hull LUG), when they
had a 1/2 hour tech/geek spot on a Monday teatime.

We've also been mentioned by the (in)famous Linux Outlaws on
numerous occasions, and we generally get a bit of ribbing for our trouble :)

We get regular mentions (both Hull and Lincoln) on the community pages of
Linux Format.

TBH when publicising Hull LUG, the more success we have, the bigger the
headache for organising stuff. I would urge anyone who has ideas to
actually follow them through, and not just rely on Becky to do everything
you suggest. I'm sure that I'm not speaking (typing) out of turn in
suggesting that she would not turn down any offer of help...But don't look
at me, I've got enough to do with Hull LUG :)

Dave
