[Lincs] distro base

Well thats what I think. I am only doing it because of the reduced
dependencies and small space usage. But its up to you. Byw I am gonna need
some artwork. A 1024x768 wallpaper with the llug logo on or something. And a
1024x768 image sutible for being used at bootup.
