[Liverpool] Liverpool LUG web banner

Today obe asked on IRC about a Liverpool LUG banner for people to place on 
their website.  I have created one and placed it on the website 
(http://liverpool.lug.org.uk)

I will gladly accept another banner from someone with better artistic skills.
