[Liverpool] Call to Arms: FOSSCamp Liverpool?

I was talking to Ross from Sound Network about an Open Source City event for
this year a couple of months back, but it went very quiet. I think it would
be a good idea to have something like that. Maybe it could be part of the
same thing. There seems to be enough interest :)
