[Liverpool] Christmas Party / LivLUG 4th Birthday

Thank you to everyone who filled out the poll, it seems that 5th Dec won 
outright with 8 votes. The guys on the admin list are making the 
arrangements now and we will do a announcement very soon. It seems we need 
to make a booking at a few locations so we may need you to signup on a 
ticket service (like EventWax) or upcoming.org to get a idea of numbers and 
how many tables we will need.
