Not sure about that level of structure. We do need to cut costs and
balance books. Direct chat with village hall may help reduce costs,
while we also consider meeting times, length & frequency as well as
location. Not sure we need connection with U3A - I'd happily put the
£12/year straight into LUG. I don't feel the need for all their
committees.  I feel very much the same as David in his letter and
Stuart in his although I am interested in Linuxlike systems and
weening from windows is relevant for new blood.

Hope to be in next weds, but Heathrow pickup in morning may delay.
