[Rustington] Suspension 0f Rustington LUG

Having wasted everyone's  time since February when our wifi ceased to work
reliably, and having done all that I could to find a remedy, now it seems
that the Rustington Council are going to install a wifi system in a few
weeks (loc sit!), I propose to suspend our LUG until the Council tell us
that their system is in place.
If any one has reservations, or has alternative proposals, would they post
their observations to the mailing list.
