[Rustington] yeterday's apparent wifi failure

Probably self inflicted. Don't know who was doing what, but have never had
rhis happen before. wifi connection was "jammed".
What Paul and I thought was a problem on my hp win 10 as just an inability
to connect to the room wifi.
Shall see how many pcs can simultanteously connect.
