Hi Matt,

We could really do with some more info before we can diagnose your
problem. Can you email us back with:

1.	The distribution you are running.
2.	The Modem make and model.
3. 	The contents or /var/log/messages (this should give us some
diagnostic info)
4.	Any error messages you receive from Kppp.
