The puchaser is generally pretty well protected and most people tend to worry 
unduly about purchasing over the internet.

Selling online is covered by the distance selling regulations which allow the 
purchaser to cancel the order up to 7 days after receiving it. 

Fraudulent transactions are covered by your card issuer, despite what they 
would have you believe.

Faulty goods are covered by the sale of goods act (and sometimes by your 
credit card company).

In general, online traders tend to try to keep their customers happy, as, poor 
service tends to echo around the internet with frightening speed.

All said, I think it would be a lot easier just to get the decorators in !
