[SLUG] LPI ppl, important changes to exam syllabus

Hi

I think this
<https://group.lpi.org/cgi-bin/publicwiki/view/Examdev/ObjectivesReview>
means that by the time we want to take the exam, these new objectives
will be what we're tested on. However they are still being reviewed
and amended.

I've quickly looked over the relevant 101 objectives and it looks like
a small evolutionary step rather than a revolution. Perhaps the best
thing would be to switch over to this new list from now.

Any problems with that/comments?
