As a web developer I can't live without the web developer toolbar:

I love live http headers to save me telneting to servers to find out

Finally, I've not used this much - but it's very powerful. The Venkman 
javascript debugger... it allows you to insert breakpoints, inspect 
variables etc - akin to Visual Studio.
