Ah, you speak English; "Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance".
 Ive actually read that book.
But as it says in the preface, it's not really about either.
It was a cult book in its day, which means it was over-rated, spoiling a 
tolerable read, if one's expectations hadnt been raised.
