Aye, I certainly had an enjoyable morning :-)

Personally I feel that the SLUG stand was an outstanding success, having
managed the stand (on my own) for the Saturday morning it became clear
what the full situation was, my (personal) thoughts are:

* The effort made by the individuals involved did create a "the end
result was greater than the sum of its parts" scenario
* Something worthwhile can be achieved with a group effort
* There is a need for OS information for both the public and business
* The group holds a unique position which spans political and business
boundary's and is selling a "free" product, this position can be
leveraged to an advantage.

Looking at the SLUG stands attendance at the Exhibition in terms of
success or failure is limiting and only of secondary importance. The
primary purpose revealed here was:

* To find out how (or even if) the stand would emerge
* To reveal the difficulties of holding a stand
* To reveal the potential for the group

All of the above points were fully realised and if another Exhibition
stand is organised (irrespective of the event) then this information can
be used so as to provide a far stronger and more purposeful stand.
