It's the 'free as in beer' argument, and that's powerful, but I think
it encourages people to jump in without thinking and for the wrong
reasons. Possibly even the wrong people. Do people who want something
for nothing also want a quick fix solution. Are they short term
thinkers? Dunno, just wondering. I'm not one, so I can't say.

Linux requires a lot .. partitioning your hard drive is a big deal.
It's a long hill to climb for something that's free. When people
realise that, I think we end up putting people off.
