[SLUG] Blind numbers

I'm looking at something along the lines of screen-scraping
http://www.moneyextra.com/stocks/LSE/MKS and parsing it into something
that would be screen-reader friendly.

This could either be done online (PHP or ASP) on in a Win32 program (VB or C#).

Comments, ideas, suggestions?
