Specify CAT5e cable to EN50173:1995 (modified 2000)

FYI, EN50173 is a generic cabling standard which sets all kinds of
specifications and refers out to other relevant Euro-norms. This should
do them pesky architects nicely! In normal every day terms, it means go
and grab a reel or two of decent CAT5e (not CAT5) cable from your
nearest electrical wholesaler - it will comply with this standard as it
has to!
