[sclug] Partition post installation

Hello!

I have SUSE8.1 installed but am not happy about mozilla not comming with

mozilla mail per default, no fortran compiler, no nvidia harware
accelaration,
and no means to hook up a mail tool to read from fetchmail to
/var/mail/$user .
Used to work fine under redhat 5.2 in the 486.
Now I found Mandrake 9.

How can I install that on my box in parallel? without destroying Suse?
Will Mandrake
work better?

the 80 gigs harddrive is split half and half to XP and suse8.1 in one
single partion each..
(apart form  /boot and swap space)
