[sclug] Mpack failing with execv error

I didn't read the trace properly. Obviously /root/tmp does exist.
And the complaint is from the fork that failed:

> fork()                                  = 24355
> execv: No such file or directory

Try using the "-f" option with strace and see what mailer is
being called. It looks as though you don't have what it expects.
(For example, on a debian box, mpack forks /usr/lib/sendmail .)
