Indeed. Those of you who, like me, are forced to use Outlook at work may
be interested in Outlook-QuoteFix [1], which turns the usual pig's
breakfast of quoting mess into something more legible, and places the
signature and cursor in the right place for a reply.

Of course, if someone's set all the Outlook clients to default to Rich
Text, you're still screwed. Grrr. :-/
