[sclug] anyone want to build a simple website for £100?

A friend has just asked me if I'd be up for building a website for a 
friend of hers. His business is hiring out marquees so it's not going to 
be a bells & whistles ecommerce site, probably just a few pictures and 
descriptions of, er, marquees I guess, with hire prices and contact details.

Since one of my own web pages earned the accolade of being described as 
'dull' by Radio Times (who should know ;-) I thought I'd see if I could 
find anyone who could do a reasonably attractive job (without resorting 
to gratuitous FP/flash/js dross, natch) at a _budget_ price (she says 
he's looking to spend about ?100). It'd also do him a favour to get the 
site found by search engines (e.g. google 'hire marquee berkshire') 
about which I have no clue.
