So it's configuration stuff rather than something more verbose...?

Well, I've only used someone else's for a few seconds, but I think the
general idea is that good HTML (i.e. well marked-up, no outlandish
layout fudges) should display fine. A stylesheet would provide the
graphic design side of things for desktop browsers; I'm not sure if
palmtop browsers take notice of CSS data.
