Oh, ages. I had PINE talking to Exchange from about 1998 'til 2001. It
required Exchange to have IMAP and LDAP enabled (which many Windows-only
admins don't think of doing) and there was no real support for scheduling
functionality, but...

The key is the format for the username; it's a wacky mix of your Windows
domain name, account name, and real name assigned to your account, with a
mix of various slashes.
